"I had a bit of an issue..."
I had a bit of an issue with my delivery update, so I messaged customer service. They actually got back to me quicker than I expected and, yeah, sorted it out without too much hassle. I’m taking one star off because I did have to chase them once, but overall it was good

I've ordered a couple of times now and both parcels turned up around when they said they would. The tracking seemed to update okay, so I could kind of see where things were. No real hassle or anything, so yeah, happy with it.

"Finally, jeans that were actually as described"
I ordered a pair of tall jeans from Long Tall Sally, it was kind of a relief that they were actually just like the description said. The length, fit, and material all matched what was on the site, which should be normal, but apparently that’s asking a lot with online shopping these days.
The photos and size info were actually helpful too, so there weren’t any annoying surprises when the package showed up. No weird fit, no flimsy fabric, no “this is definitely not what I ordered” moment. I’m really happy with them and would order again.

"Box was a little beat up, but nothing to worry about"
The box showed up with a small dent, which made me a bit skeptical at first. But once I opened it, the clothes inside were totally fine, so I can’t really complain. Not the prettiest delivery, but the important stuff was unharmed

I’m tall, so finding jeans and sleeves that don’t look awkwardly short is usually a struggle. These actually fit my frame really well, which was such a relief. There might be tiny things I’d tweak here and there, but nothing that bothers me enough to take away from how good the fit is

"The lengths can be a little “hit or miss”"
I do appreciate that the skirts are actually longer, which is nice for a change. Some of the dresses still fit a bit weird on me though, especially length-wise. Overall it’s not bad, I just wish the sizing and lengths were a little more “consistent.”

I did get exactly what I ordered, and the sizes and colors were all right, so no complaints there. I just wish I had planned for the shipping to take a bit longer than expected. If I’d known, I probably would’ve ordered earlier.

"Decent prices, especially for tall sizes"
I’ve ordered from Long Tall Sally a few times now, mostly because I feel a bit pressured to grab things when I actually see tall sizes in stock. It’s hard finding jeans and tops that fit properly without costing a fortune, so the prices have been a big plus for me.
The quality has been good for what I paid, especially when I’ve bought stuff in the sales. Delivery was fine too. Not every item has been perfect, but overall I feel like it’s good value and I don’t come away feeling like I’ve been ripped off...

"Fabric feels much better than I expected"
I’ve bought a few tops and trousers from Long Tall Sally now, and the fabric has been really good. Like, really good compared to what I was expecting. Nothing feels thin or scratchy, and the cotton pieces still feel soft after a wash, which I always notice.
I’m tall, so I’m used to just making do with clothes, but these actually feel like they’ve been made properly. The material hangs nicely, doesn’t go baggy straight away, and just feels comfortable to wear. I’d definitely buy from them again.

"I ordered a couple of tops..."
I ordered a couple of tops and expected them to shrink because tall sizes usually do that to me. But I’ve washed them twice now and they kept their length, with no weird twisting or anything. Whoever runs this clearly got the fabric right, because I’m happy with them

I swear, finding shoes that actually fit shouldn’t feel like a full-time job, but here we are. These were such a relief. The sizing is actually good, they fit me well, and I didn’t have to do that whole awkward “maybe they’ll stretch out” thing. Finally, a pair that just works.

"Delivery was reallly quick"
I ordered from Long Tall Sally and the shipping was quicker than I thought it’d be. My parcel showed up in just a few days, everything was packed fine and there was no messing around. I was a bit suprised tbh because some clothing sites take forever. Really happy with how fast it came, would defintely order again.

I ordered a pair of jeans and a couple of tops from Long Tall Sally, it was such a relief to have the sizing actually match the chart. As a tall woman, shopping online can feel like a gamble, and it doesn’t seem fair when brands make you guess and then deal with returns. These fit exactly how they were supposed to, especially the lengths, and I didn’t have to exchange a single thing. That kind of accuracy really matters.

"Solid stitching, just one small thing"
I bought a pair of trousers and a long sleeve top, and the stitching is good. It feels sturdier than I expected, and I haven’t noticed any loose threads so far. The seams sit nicely too and didn’t twist around after washing, which I appreciate because I have zero patience for clothes that come out of the wash looking annoying. One hem looked a tiny bit uneven, but it’s not something I’m going to fuss over. Overall, I’m happy with them.

I returned my order and did eventually get the refund, so everything worked out. It just felt like it took longer than it should have, and I had this gut feeling it was moving a bit slowly. Not a huge issue, but I did find myself checking my bank a few times before it finally showed up.

"Finally found sleeves that fit..."
I’m 6ft tall, so finding tops with sleeves that actually reach my wrists has always been a bit of a struggle... most of them usually stop just a little too short. I decided to try Long Tall Sally i was pleased.
The tops I ordered fit really well, and the sleeves still cover my wrists properly even after washing, which was a nice surprise. It might sound like a small thing, but when clothes fit the way they’re supposed to, it makes such a difference.
Definitely 5 stars from me... mostly because I’m not spending the whole day tugging my sleeves down anymore.
